Proof that the new training system is working

Better conditioning should relay to a couple of differences. the ability to sustain 4 quarters at an optimum level. The ability wear your opponent down. Faster stronger and yes the ability to kick some major a$$!!!!

Castille should be one of the Top backs in the Big 12 between the end of this year and going into his junior year, I fully expect him to start in 09/10. He needs to work on a few things, but he has big time potential.

I LOVE the shape these guys are in. How in the hell did the last staff tolerate Castille at 255, Dillard 265, and Slauson at 350??

We will see a quicker faster team, and a much better team next year.

 
IIRC, *we* were way excited about Castille being so heavy. The bigger the weight, the better. We were STOKED that he was 260.
