Don't quote me on this, but I think the sideline reporter during the '01 Oklahoma game had a decibel level measuring device and it got up to 121.....that is entirely off the top of my head though. I do remember that in the past the crowd has gotten the team delay of game penalties because the quarterback would sit there and pout and the center couldn't hear to snap the ball.
