Question: Where Do We Play if We in Out and Finish #5?

If we win our conference but finish outside of the top 4, where do we play? Isn't the Rose Bowl part of the national title tournament?

 
I believe Orange if we are #5, otherwise the Cotton or Fiesta.

If we win impressively against Wisconsin, Iowa and the B1G CCG opponent, we would probably be in the 6-8 range. Maybe 4th or 5th if Oregon, Oklahoma and Baylor all somehow get two losses, which seems very unlikely.

12-1 conference champs of a P5 conference are going to be top 10 I would venture to guess.

My question is not whether we will win out or whether it's a pipe dream to think it. My question is what bowl are we assigned to if we win the conference, but don't finish in the top 4. Anybody know this answer?

 
The selection committee would assign us to the Cotton, Peach or Fiesta, but for some reason not the Orange, according to Wikipedia.
