Kenny Bell rushed for 109 yards in his career, including the 82 yarder against Minnesota.
Jamal Turner has rushed 7 times for 0 yards.
Pierson-El has 0 rushes.
Westerkamp has 1 rush for 7 yards.
Wisconsin/Nebraska title game comes to mind - oh, wait - OK, adjusted the voltage to my brain - I'm sorry I don't remember that game any more.I think the receiver end around is something you might see 4-6 times one game, depending on gameplan, and then not at all or once or twice in another. Hard to imagine ever running it 10 times in a single game unless the offense is somehow really built off that action.
That stat is just the leading receiver, too.
Valid point. The way many teams are running jet sweeps out of the shotgun, the ball is flipped forward from the QB to the WR running by. So, this is technically a reception for the WR. Just something to keep in mind when trying to compare stats from team to team.
That's disgusting. I'm disgusted.Pierson-El has 0 rushes.
If Riley can find ways to get DPE the ball in several different ways, he could have a season that could be really special. This guy is a total freak and he needs the ball in his hands as much as possibleValid point. The way many teams are running jet sweeps out of the shotgun, the ball is flipped forward from the QB to the WR running by. I think Riley is smart enough to realize what kind of damage he could do to an opponents psyche if he repeatedly torched them with DPE. Regardless where the yards count I expect we see DPE rack up some monster yards this season.
