Ravioli Lasagna/Pic

This is an easy meal for busy moms to prepare, You can add sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, etc. to it if you want.

Ravioli Lasagna:1-(25-oz.)-Bag Frozen Ravioli
1-(26-oz.)-Jar Spaghetti Sauce-(Your Favorite)
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1-lb. Sausage
1-(15-oz.)-Container Ricotta
1 Egg
1 T. Dried Parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink.

Drain fat and set aside.

Mix together ricotta, egg and parsley; set aside.

Lightly spray a 9x13-in. pan with cooking spray.

Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan.

Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.

Spread ricotta mixture on top of the ravioli.

Top with cooked sausage and 1/2 of the Mozzarella Cheese.

Layer the remaining ravioli.

Spread remaining sauce on top of the ravioli and top with remaining Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
