Eric the Red
Team HuskerBoard
Player:Mike Davis
Position: RB
Height: 5-10
Weight:209-210
40 time:4.48-4.5
Visit Date:None
Scholarships offered:16, Nebraska, Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Carolina State, South Carolina, Wake Forest
Favorites:All about the same interest
Rankings/Stars:
Rivals: #17/****
Insiders: #18/****
Assessing the talent: In four games so far he has rushed for over 600 yards and 9 TD’s. Davis carried the ball for 2,347 yds and 25 TDs last season as a JR. He would be considered more of a power back than a track star. But with such a low 40, you have to wonder about that.
Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: 15% Huskers aren’t even sure if they can get him to visit. He said it’s wide open right now as far as recruiting and will look to set up visits in mid-late October. He has both home state (South Carolina) colleges after him and I would believe him to stay in that area. This kid will be a long shot, but since the Huskers have offered he should be noted.
