I have the show "Campus PD" (on G4) going on while I'm at my computer, and they're showing these cops doing their thing at Chico State (in California). This is absolute gold from a DUI traffic stop (paraphrased):
Cop: You have to either submit to a breath test or a blood test (explains)-
Drunk Girl: -Which one is better?
Cop: They're both about the same-
Drunk Girl: Is there an alcohol test?
Cop: That's what we're testing for... Which do you want to do?
Drunk Girl: Neither!!!
Cop: You have to decide.
Drunk Girl: I don't want to, I just want to get this over with!!! (cries)
Cop: Which test do you want to take?
Drunk Girl: The sober test.
Cop: There's no sober test.
Drunk Girl: (Cries)

FYI, the girl was TWENTY and this was her SECOND DUI. Pretty sad.
