Perhaps you'd like to talk about cotton losing his advantage against Purdue then? Perhaps one of the worst teams in d1?
Or maybe how nepotism seems to be the only reason why two of Nebraska's lineman get significant playing time? One at a position that used to be a paragon of Nebraska lore? Now snapping the ball is an adventure 9 games into a season where people are talking about the playoffs with a straight face.

But the image shows that TA has a running lane, and we know that play results in a TD. Maybe polo is trying to say Cotton is doing a good job. Yeah, it's much more fun to pick one frame that makes someone look bad that actually make an objective review of the play. Who cares that defender was at least a half a gap inside Cotton but he still was able to reach block him and slow him down as they ran across the field. However he couldn't quite get around him to seal him off so he tried to cut him but the guy made a good play to jump over him. Cotton was successful in preventing his assignment from being able to get to the play but that's not important.

Perhaps you'd actually like to watch the play again, really read what I wrote the first time, and then realize that your first statement is ignorant.
Perhaps you'd also like to consider that part of the adventure of snapping the ball is to blame on the QB. If the ball get's there when the QB calls for it and it hits his hands, who's fault is that?
Perhaps, you won't acknowledge any of the above.

Our words are falling on deaf ears. I repeatedly forget that. It'd be funny to watch polo try to defend his stance here, but he'll just strawman a barely related point.This might be worse than the throwing motion pictures. Polo do you realize what Cotton actually did on that play? He blocked his man (who was lined up play side, so the defender already had an advantage) down the line and when Cotton lost his advantage he cut him, keeping the lane open long enough for Tommy to get through. I think our lack of a stout offensive line in recent years has to do with coaching. It's been roughly the same song and dance along that offensive line since Bo started in 2008. The players have changed, but, the results have stayed roughly the same. That makes me lean more towards coaching, even though I think talent could always take a step up in those areas.
The OL has been the single largest reason Nebraska has gone through multiple nine win seasons. I may sound like a broken record, but, we've had very few offensive linemen drafted during Bo's tenure. The most recent, and arguably best linemen he had, was Spencer Long. And Long started out as a walk-on. The draft isn't the end-all-be-all for determining how good a player is or isn't, but, it still says something to me when Nebraska OL are virtually non-existent in the NFL.
As much as I don't like to admit it, K-State is a good example of what good coaching can do. They're not flashy, and they're not every talented. But, they have a damn good football team and their only loss came to Auburn and it was by six points.
