Interesting that Maryland looks to be the toughest test on paper.

But after losing to Illinois and Northwestern the last two weeks.....

I don't think MD has quit on the season but I think they are getting close.

MSU might be a bad opening quarter away from just packing it in.

There’s a path to victory in all of these games. Just find one.

The computers still love them some Maryland, eh?

MD is the only team left that has some sort of offense and a QB that can throw and run.

The other 3 are all horrible.

In watching parts of the Wisc/OSU game, I thought Locke looked competent for the Badgers.  Then I just looked at his stats and he was 18/39 for 165 yards (4.2 ypa), so not great.

Bigger news from that game though was Braelon Allen left at halftime and had his foot in a boot for the 2nd half.

Allen leaves every game with an "injury".

Our first quarter habit of giving up the football, will stop MSU from packing it in- expect the same sloppy play that might allow them to win. I hope not, but being only 4 point favorites against the worst team in the league?? - Vegas knows us, they only get it wrong- like last games spread, because of our D's tenacity and the ineptitude of the other team's O

Oh yeah, that is the fear with this game.

Turtles was the same Husker' record, 5 wins and 3 losses overall.  But October, Terps 0W-3L, Huskers 3W-0L.

Anyway next game, Huskers(-3.5) at Spartans .....

...... but Huskers can't handle natural grass according to Lee Corso (Fiesta Bowl).  ;)

Minnesota (who the computers think are pretty similar to us) was a 6.5 favorite at home vs MSU this past weekend.  So I think us being a 3.5 favorite on the road is a fair line.
