Rex Burkhead is the best player on our offense, and it's not even close.

I think if Rex was healthy this year we beat UCLA, and we beat OSU.

I think Rex has quietly become my favorite all-time Husker, he is just so classy on (and off) the field. I just have this sinking feeling though that the knee injury is not going to heal this season (hopefully I'm wrong). He gets more yardage out of nothing than anyone I've seen in a long time.

Get well soon Rex! It's hard to see a good man down like that! You know he wanted to go back in. Glad they didn't let him. I hope that he can get the rest and healing he needs this week and that we play lights out in our next few games so that he can heal up.

Don't forget to clone him for the O-Line too. His blocks springing Abdullah were pretty amazing.

You this if Rex was healthy they wouldn't of scored 63 points on us? Rex being out didn't lose us either of the games, poor coaching did.

Calling a zone read on your own 4 yard line?

Calling 50 zone reads against OSU when our O-line is getting demolished...

It's not Rex.

 
Think back through his years at Nebraska. Games/seasons (and perhaps even jobs) would have been lost if Rex had not been recruited. He carried us when there was nobody else to do it. He was/is a program-saving player. Rex, you define Nebraska Football.

Welcome to experimental golf pro high school coach first year yes men staff football. Pretty fun isn't it?

Love Rex but wouldn't matter with or without him in either loss.

The Golf Pro's responsibility has shown the most improvement on the team. Don't knock Fisher. Outside of the RBs and WRs, there hasn't been consistent success from any other unit on the team. That definitely needs improvement.

Fish is not the issue. He has earned his right to be on the staff. same with Brown. Now some of the others.........
