Rex's status for the PSU game?

I do believe he could do a sort of Danny Woodhead in the NFL. But it hurts me to see someone who has worked as hard as Rex has and have an injury filled Senior season... It's depressing.

Sad thing, if we would have let him heal completely, he most likely wouldn't be in this position. The trainers gave him the option to play when he felt good, rather than taking the necessary time to heal. I believe he has a Grade 2 MCL tear, which takes up to 3-4 weeks to completely heal. We gave him two weeks at most, twice. Rex is a fighter, and probably had pull on whether he could play, but our staff should have taken better precautions, like they are now. Abdullah is doing a great job out there though. Sad to say, but Rex is missed, but not absolutely needed.
