Riley, Harbaugh have a history

If this was posted before apologies, couldn't find any reference to it on the boards and wanted to share. From what I have researched, looks like Riley was able to beat him two times.

"Note what Harbaugh said of Mike Riley in October of 2007, when Stanford was preparing to play Oregon State.

"When you try to think of the top five people you know in this world, there's no doubt about it that Mike Riley is in that top five. He's just a tremendous person," Harbaugh said then, in this San Francisco Chronicle story. "Knowing coach Riley is knowing how well our team is going to have to be prepared to be in a position to compete with his ballclub.""

There's another history. When Riley got to San Diego, Harbaugh was on the roster there.

He's well respected as a coach and as a person. A lot of us like this hire so far, but it's just a matter of time before the entire Husker Nation is on board.
