We've taken their whole fb staff, can we not steal their video production crew as well?  They do excellent work.  NU's are awful, damn near unwatchable, in my opinion.

Yep, the video production is what we we're discussing, but you are also probably right about the approach and that's why we're all so freaking excited.

I recommend Episode 14 if you're going to only pick one.   There's a company they hired to facilitate teamwork and leadership and it seemed pretty intense.  I think something like that would do wonders for NU, in my opinion.
