I noticed that as well. I think he already has his next coach lined-up. Remember the University has to have the position posted publicly for so many days before they can announce a hire.
So this begs the question: How soon do we hear the University hired a new coach?
My guess would be sometime next week. Maybe after the conference championship games.

I can't remember off the top of my head what the time limit is for how long the job has to be posted to the public?
That's what I sort of thinking. I have to think if in fact Eichorst already has his guy lined up, the details have been worked out and it's now just a matter of timing.

Yes that is true as well.

 
Mark Richt would be a great hire as he was born in Omaha and winning 9 games in the Sec translates to 11 or 12 wins in the Big Ten, he has also won games on the big stage and has a .738 winning percentage
