Remember that Sagarin himself has said that his rankings don't mean much until sometime after midseason when there's a fully connected graph (i.e. team A and team B can be compared based on some chain of common opponents). That's why there's big changes in the rankings and some that don't make intuitive sense.

Well we are only 2 games away from mid season
So sometime AFTER that it will be more accurate. Depends on the particular season and how games are scheduled when the graph is fully connected (and some seasons it never is).

I agree but feel compelled to add that caveat for those who forgot or didn't know.
