Starter
Creamy Dill Sauce:
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 T. Finely Chopped Onion
1 T. Prepared Horseradish
3/4 Tsp. Dill Weed
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Salt
Pepper To Taste
Combine sauce ingredients until smooth. Serve with Salmon.
Salmon:
Place salmon on aluminum foil.
Pour over Italian Dressing.
Sprinkle Contadina Italian Bread Crumbs on top of salmon-(Opt.)
Seal salmon in aluminum foil.
Bake for about 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
