Scary day at school

From details I've gathered, it sounds like someone was planning to do something. This all resulted in a fight that took place a few weeks ago. Apparently, the guy who lost was going to round up a bunch of his buddies and track the guy down in school. Fortunately, someone overheard them and word got out. I have absolutely no idea if all of this is true but it's the story I've been hearing. I'm just thanking God that my school isn't on CNN this week.

EDIT: Just a question for parents out there. Even if the school had said there was nothing to the rumor, would you still have taken your child out of school in this type of situation we had? I'm hearing a few teachers complaining that parents shouldn't have pulled kids out because there was no base to the rumor. I, personally, wouldn't have minded going to school all day. I was pulled out by my mom who figured she'd rather have me safe at home. That's also where I stayed instead of some kids who took advantage and did other stuff.

They had that topic on 89.7 The River, when Westside had some threats. It was around half and half from the parents asked. Personally I would go to school, but I have never been put in that situation and hope I nor anyone else is. THe worst thing that happend at our school is one of the teachers (rich male, with hot wife) paid some kids to have pictures of their muscles

I would have pulled my daughter in a heartbeat. I only have 1 child and I try to protect her always.
