Scheduling Woes

Just ignore the cross over games when determining the division winner, except for tie breakers.

If you beat every team in your division, you are the best team in your division.

This is a solid point. Other division may just plain be better and in most conferences that's actually the case. Can't punish the best team in one division for falling to the better teams of the other division
As far as wiskys schedule, while a little unfair, does give them a fantastic opportunity to prove they are real. If they continue to win no one is comparing them to Iowa last year, they will be a legit contender

I can see the point of a team who must play 4 ranked teams in a row. If you want to be the best you have to beat the best is the old saying. What that doesn't take into account is the physical grind of probably playing your starters deep into the 4th quarter 4 or 5 weeks in a row. Teams like OSU and Alabama might be able to pull this off because of depth however most teams are going to be pretty thrashed by seasons end with nothing left for a CCG. I don't see the harm in sitting down and creating a somewhat balanced schedule every year. The SEC has for years scheduled a patsy toward the end just to let their team heal up before the end of season.

I like this a lot! I mean really, really, a lot!

I think when you're having 14 teams someone is always gonna have a hard schedule. How math works, some ears they'll have easy schedule. No other way about it.

I don't like the big conference idea at all anymore. I can see where you can eliminate some hard to fill non-conference games but the randomness of the scheduling isn't fair. The Big 8 where you played every team every year was better.

The money's good though, so suck it up.
