Scoggin's lawsuit against Love, Albert, Williams (the coach) and the University is moving forward despite the subject being taboo on this site....Scoggin was telling the truth the entire time about her sexual relationship with Love, an assistant coach at the time for the women's basketball program....Until recently, Love denied the sexual relationship...During the aftermath, Albert landed with a golden parachute in College Station, Texas, while Williams (the coach) not only kept her job but was extended for enough money to make her a millionaire each year....Part of Scoggins's lawsuit revolves around her being dropped from the team soon after the affair became public knowledge. This happened during League Play when she was a starter at the time. The lame excuse Albert and Williams (the coach) used was that Scoggins did not get along with her teammates. As if every team in every scholarship/nil sport has teammates who ALL get along....The University will likely settle in the hopes that it will go away....I hope that there is no settlement. Only Love has been damaged among those in power. Let the Truth come out so folks can learn of the complicity and decisions Albert and Williams (the coach) made that further ruined a young student athlete's life who was representing the University of Nebraska at the time.
