Season Tickets question

Is it impossible to get season tickets??? Just wondering! :restore2
Not impossible to get season tickets, just have to pony up the $. The allotment thru the ticket office is done for the year, though. You'd have to go thru ebay or something similar.

still next year you wont get any there is such a long waiting list, you'll be lucky if your grandkids would get them

You better plan on donating a ton of money to the university if you want season tickets. My friend has been on the waiting list for five years and is no closer now than he was then to getting them.

like someone said earlier ebay has some, and when the season gets closer the omaha world herald classifieds will have some (usually they do)

If you send a request in and you're able to donate, you can get ahead of the pack. It all depends on how much you're able to donate. For the auction this year for the new seats, about 33% of the people that agreed to donate $150/season/ticket got seats. Everyone that agreed to donate more got tickets.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter who you are or whether you are alumni or not, it's how deep your pockets are. I would suggest buying on the internet or scalping the day of the game. I've never went to the stadium and paid much more than face value. Usually I end up paying a few dollars less.

That whole crock with the putting in for the new tickets was bs. I look on ebay now and find ticket brokerages selling the tickets from those new sections. Makes me wanna f'n puke. What service do ticket brokerages serve? It's not like you can't get tickets on your own. They make it more difficult and more expensive. Half of their tickets don't even sell because they are so outrageously high! If someone is running for Gov. to make this illegal and burn all the ticket brokerage CEO's at the stake, I'd vote for him/her.

This type of crap goes on for every single event...football to concerts. I was going to buy some tickets to a concert at the Xcel Center and they were sold out in like 10 minutes. All of the "brokerages" bought them and then turn and sell them for a sh*tload of money on ebay. It is a damn scam!!
