Shake’N Bake Honey Drummies Or Wingettes:
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Water
1 Pkg.-(1-1/2 lbs.) Chicken Drummettes
***Or Wings
1 Pkg. Shake’N Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
Cayenne Pepper, To Taste-(Opt.)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash chicken drummettes in cold water in colander.
Mix honey and water in shallow dish.
Dip chicken into honey mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
***Marinate for a couple hours-(Opt.)
Gently shake off honey mixture.
Add 3 or 4 chicken drummettes to coating mix with cayenne pepper-(if using) in shaker bag; close bag and shake gently until evenly coated. Repeat with remaining drummettes. Discard any remaining coating mix.
Place chicken in foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with Carrot Sticks/Party Carrot Sticks/ Bleu Cheese Dressing/Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing in a bowl off the side for dipping-(Opt.)
