Short-Cut Nachos

Short-Cut Nachos:

4 Flour Tortillas

Oil Or Shortening For Frying

2 Cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese Or Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Cup Chopped Canned Green Chili Peppers

Cut each Tortilla into 8 wedges.

Drop 3 or 4 pieces at a time into hot oil or shortening in mini-fryer.

Fry until golden brown and puffy, about 1/2 minute on each side; drain.

Sprinkle Tortillas immediately with grated Monterey Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese and Chopped Green Chili Peppers.

Serve warm.
