Signature picture size

Alright, after a good 5 minutes of trying to figure it out, I gave up. How do I make the HB jerseys smaller in my sig? I got one small, and two big.

Also, which one of those damn buttons uploads pictures to your sig?

use an image manipulation program like getpaint.net and upload them to imgur, then us bbcode to include them as you are currently.
