I know a lot of you dont like the Gameday crew, or ESPN in general, but this is a huge mile stone. I dont know what other match-ups are going on that weekend, but I think it would be cool if they came, it would be good exposure for us, and a way to help honor the fans, Devaney, and show a little respect for what we have here.... Yes it is a slow news day but its better than the CU fans suck topic. :)

 
If we were USC or Notre Shame they would probably come. Unfortunately or fortunately we dont have a whale as a HC and our stadium isnt located in the middle of the projects so that makes us neither of the two mentioned.

I am a fan of ESPN but I dont think Gameday will come to Lincoln. For two reasons, one they already announced the game will be on PPV and the second reason is they will probably to to the ASU Georgia game.

I think you got your weeks confused. They won't be able to go to Cal-USC the next week becuase they'll go to Georgia-LSU on the 3rd. Instead, they'll trek out west the week before for the Cal-Oregon game.

 
It's a nice milestone, something for Husker fans to be proud of.

If you're expecting the rest of the country to make a big deal about it, I think you'll be disappointed.
