Solich as a verb

From another board, thought it was funny!

From Bruce Feldman's mailbag blog on ESPN.com:

From Paul in Farmington, Mich.: Bruce, What is wrong with Michigan football is Lloyd Carr. 0-6 in his last 6 road openers. 1-3 against ND and Ohio State over the past 4 years. 1-4 in the past 5 years in bowl games. Since 2002, Michigan is 4-9 against Ohio State, Notre Dame, Iowa, and in bowl games. With their talent, this is simply not acceptable. It is time for Carr to step down.

Hmm. I was just going to let this one in as a rant, but I think you have to give Carr some credit since his overall record is very strong and the players graduate. You can't Solich him, can you?

at least it's not a 4 letter word. Or..... at least not yet

I hope that Solich will be remembered for more than his firing.

But apparently some people choose to only highlight that.

However, as far as the article goes.........

Early this morning, I opened the side door and let my dog out to go to the fenced-in back yard. There is usually no problem. THIS morning, he saw a !*% #@!& rabbit and took off.

He Soliched me! ;)
