There are a handful of brightspots on this year's Huskers. Here are some:

• NU ranks #4 in the nation in kickoff return defense. LINK
  

• SJB ranks #1 (tied) with three interceptions, including a pick six. LINK
  

• Kenny Bell ranks 14th in kickoff returns at 30.3 yds per return LINK
  

Any other Husker stat leaders? Or is it just all bad news for us? (I'm getting tired of only seeing bad news and bitching on HB)

Actually I'd forgotten the third one as well. I remembered the pick 6 and the one where he left the underneath receiver to pick the pass to the deep man that Pelini told him to watch for.
