Speech to team before practice yesterday

Did anybody hear anything about the Alex Lewis speech to the team before practice yesterday? Heard it was pretty passionate but didn't hear any specifics.

 
That's good, that is what a senior captain should be doing. This team needs a win. They need to just worry about the game in front them and getting better at practice. Worry about Minnesota and then move on. If they get a win that could get things rolling a little bit for them. They just need some positive karma.
