Spicy Beef & Veggie Soup:

1-lb. Ground Chuck, Sautéed
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Large Can Tomato Soup
1-Can Garlic Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Low-Sodium Beef Stock
1 Cup Frozen Peas & Carrots
6 Small Red Potatoes, Diced
Spices, To Taste: 
Cumin/Chili Powder/Onion Powder/Cayenne Pepper/Garlic Pepper & Garlic Salt

Sautee ground beef & drain. Add all ingredients to 5-quart pot and simmer for an hour; or cook it in the crockpot.

***If you like it spicy, use more cumin and chilli powder than the other spices. You can add pintos or any vegetables you like.
