Jamal Turner: 59-yard punt return. 54-yard ko return. Four catches for 93 yards. TD catch. The guy really showed his stuff today. He got some wheels.

Tyler Legate, just because it's good to see the fullback get some carries. Hopefully that happens more often to keep offenses guessing, especially in goal line situations.

Zach Taylor.

The kid ran smart, and ran strong. I was very impressed. He was the second best running back today behind Rex.

I doubt we see him this season with Green/Heard but he deserves a shot.

Rex Burkhead. When I think of Nebraska football 2011 I think Rex. Consistent, quick, reliable. He's just an amazing player. He is the kind of leader this team needs especially considering all of the new freshmen coming up.

 
Eric Marin. Dude was all over the place. I think he's gonna be a stellar DE for us. Ton of speed with an unlimited motor.

 
From what ive heard, Harey Jackson had himself a good day.

I didnt get the chance to see the game, just highlights.

EMart making the position switch look like a great move. Very happy with what I saw out there. Just hope he keeps improving.

 
Remember this was the sping game.....

I say we give a helmet sticker to Ron Kellog III. Possibly the best passer we have. It was fun to watch and I hope he gets some mop up duty this year. He works very hard and I hope the opourtunity arisses.

He reminds me of Mat Turman, as far as the line up goes. I hope we don't end up with a rash of injuries and he has to save the game, but it would be great to see him come out and win one for us, just like the turmanator. LOL Just a fun thought....
