Spring Game to be Offense vs. Defense Format

This isn't necessarily reflective of how much better one side is than the other but based on that system I think the defense could win in a landslide.

 
I'm sure not having a traditional scoring system/game is going to cause a portion of the fan base to get their panties in a wad.

 
Darn it, I was hoping it would be offense vs offense, played with 2 balls at the same time going in opposite directions

 
I think this is a better method. It allows the 1s v 1s and then intermingling subs as the game goes on. It's much better than having to fill gaps and as he said in the presser and have kids run around and switch jerseys.

Can't wait for that fourth and 6 from the offense's 37, and Tommy gets sack stripped and it's returned for a touchdown. Nebraska's first 17 point play!

EDIT: I guess it's only 16, since it's not a punt.

I would rather they just played it like a real game. Maybe just do the running clock for the second half. The lame drills that Bo had them do were stupid too.

 
I think this has to do with only having 4 healthy corners, and short 2 DL guys right now too. No need to get anyone injured from being worn out.

I watched that one on TV; and I thought the drills were awesome. Probably because the camera was right there. I could see how it would be lame in person though...
