NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/08/10 -- STACK Media, the leading producer and distributor of sports training, performance and lifestyle content for active sports participants, has released the first episode of Ndamukong Rising, its new video series covering Ndamukong Suh's journey to the NFL. As the AP Player of the Year and first defensive tackle to become a Heisman Trophy finalist, Ndamukong made his mark at the University of Nebraska as one of the most dominant defensive players in college football history. Now, STACK Media is exclusively following Suh on his quest to impress NFL scouts and become the top pick in April's NFL Draft.
Ndamukong Rising, produced by STACK and published across STACK Media (http://stacktv.stack.com), gives an intimate look into Ndamukong's experience at the Michael Johnson Performance Center, where he spent days and nights leading up to the audition of his life: the NFL Combine. "I'd seen some tape and saw just how athletic he is," says Michael Johnson, former Olympic gold medalist, in the first episode, now playing on STACK.com. "With the soccer background and the basketball background, he's developed some incredible athleticism that's helped him to be extremely powerful and explosive, not just upper body but lower body as well."

Over the next six weeks, STACK will release close to a dozen new episodes, covering Suh's path to improving speed, strength, agility, and lateral speed, reputedly his greatest weapon. Throughout the series, Suh talks about his high school years, his time at Nebraska, and his family's role in his motivation. STACK followed Suh to Indianapolis, getting an exclusive look at his physical and mental state upon arriving for the NFL Combine, as well as during preparations for and after testing.

The next episode features Suh's 40-Yard dash, aka "The Main Event" at the Combine. All videos can be viewed at www.STACK.com.

STACK co-founder Chad Zimmerman commented, "STACK Media is one of the top sports properties on the Internet because our content resonates with our audience, from high school and college athletes to fitness-minded adults and 'weekend warriors.' The Ndamukong Rising video series reveals never before seen details about the road to NFL stardom. The behind-the-scenes access provided by STACK will give viewers a seat right next to Suh and his trainers."

I posted it mainly for the bolded part of the article since it tells us what to expect in the upcoming episodes. And yes Nike is part of this promo too, but STACK is the main company that produces the videos.

Couldn't find original post but just wanted to make sure everyone saw this episode. My link Prolly why he was able to improve his 40 time. Nike S.P.A.R.Q. training is AMAZING! You can buy most of the things you see him training with and they offer camps that do the same training if you know athletes who want to better themselves. Once Again I wish we were a Nike school so this stuff would be a part of our winter conditioning.
