Ash literally has taken a lot of things from Meyer. Ash made a point to fill his staff with people who have worked at Ohio State. "There are eight individuals on the staff in some capacity, whether it's the support staff or coaching staff, that had been at Ohio State at some point in some capacity," Ash said.
