We have one FBS school, versus all the other states in the top ten with two or more FBS schools each (except Montana). I'd like to see them normalize this. They could divide the number they came up with by total FBS seating capacity. We're no. 1!! :lol:

The way they titled it in the original thread is misleading because it equates attendance (which is capped by capacity) with fandom, but a cool study nonetheless.

Yeah, that was my first thought. But if you divide by the number of seats it takes into account the seating capacity as well.

I'm pretty sure NU would be #1 either way you normalized it. :lol:
