Could Nebraska have the biggest rise in strength of schedule going from this year to next year?

 
I don't think so. Too hard to tell how good Wisky, PSU and Iowa will be in 2011. Or how good KSU, Washington, Mizzou and TAMU will be this year. I don't think our SOS will be that bad this season. Not counting the CCG I'm guessing it'll rank in the 40-50 range. Then maybe next year it's 20-30. The non-conference next year isn't much... a bad Wyoming team, an average Fresno and a Lockerless Washington in Lincoln and then a creampuff TBA.
