In search of the Full Ride: a two minute preview

Full Ride, presented by nikegridiron.com, is a four-part series profiling six outstanding high school football seniors through the recruiting process.

The show culminates at a make-or-break Nike Football Training Camp attended by over 200 college coaches that will ultimately decide who be suiting up for the college of their choice next fall and who will be watching the game at home in their living room.

Full Ride airs 7:30 pm ET for four consecutive nights August 1-4 on ESPN2.

The six featured high school football players are:

* Neil Caudle, Spain Park H.S., Hoover, Alabama

* Andre Smith, Huffman H.S., Birmingham, Alabama

* Josh Tatum, McClymonds H.S., Oakland, California

* Alfred Rowe, Long Beach Polytechnic H.S., Long Beach, California

* Keith Browner, Dorsey H.S., Los Angeles, California

Reality television has taken over a high school football program and installed is own `name' head coach to supercede a recently named successful mentor.

Here's some of the particulars.

In late January at Montour High School in McKees Rocks, Pa., the school board hired Lou Cerro as its head coach. Cerro had recently guided nearby Seton-LaSalle High to two of the last three Class AA titles in the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL).
