If im not mistaken, the student section in Memorial Stadium is one of the sections closest to the ground, right? Or are the tickets given to students random tickets throughout the stadium (and no student section)?

And if I was in a situation where I could buy 3 tickets for any of the 3 following games (TTech/Kstate/Iowa State) what would the average price be in total?

400? 800?

Im sorry, I have absolutely no knowledge of the ticket business, and am counting on you guys here so I dont get screwed over / or insult him with an extremely low offer.

 
The student section is in the south side of the east stadium, as well as the southeast corner of the south stadium. If you buy student tickets, you will have to validate them through the ticket office (the differance between the student price and regular price, usually around $20-$30). Be prepared to be around a lot of drunk people as well as stand the entire game. I wouldn't recommend taking a child with you if you are going to sit in the student section. As far as price goes, I have no clue but I wouldn't pay too much over around $50 or so per ticket, since you will have to validate them. All seating in the student section is GA. But to be in the east stadium your ticket will have to say east stadium and same goes with the south stadium.
