Sue Pederson to help finance buy-out

Look, Pederson has a contract to be the athletic director at Nebraska. I don’t know the exact terms but this much I do know. He got in front of a microphone and said he refused to let Nebraska gravitate towards mediocrity. He has gone back on his word. He should be sued and the proceeds used to buy out Callahan.

The way I see it, this is like when an attorney screws up a court case, acts in a way that clearly negligent, and costs you money. When that happens you have the right to sue the attorney for malpractice. I don’t think Pederson’s actions can be looked at as anything less than negligent. Considering the fact that he extended Callahan’s contract BEFORE any of the tough games, thereby ensuring that, if Nebraska struggled, any talk of firing him would be filled with controversy.

Isn’t Pederson paid with University money? Isn’t the University a state entity? I think maybe Nebraska’s lawmakers could even get involved and take action against Pederson, Callahan and Cosgrove. They have clearly defrauded the state out of millions of dollars. None of them is even remotely qualified to do the jobs they are cashing checks to do.

(Please don’t reply with all of the reasons this won’t work. This was written tongue-in-cheek and out of total frustration) :madash :bang :steam
