I believe most Germany workers got 4-day 9 hours work week (years ago). Probably France too.

A lot of nurses work three consecutive 12-hour days. I used to work four 10-hour days. I loved the three day weekend every week!

Some jobs that works and some not. Places I have been where they work 12 hour shifts they work 3 days one week and 4 days the next. So...in essence, they are working 7 days out of 14. Anywhere I have been with this schedule, workers like. However, some jobs it just doesn't work.

I work this schedule.Also commute an hour each way,making a fourteen hour day.Can be a very long day,but nice having the days off,and every other weekend off.

I work the regular 40 hour week but I am able to work from home two days a week. The days I am at home are my most productive days.

There are a heck of a lot of people who can't work till that age.
