Super Bowl in NYC, outdoors, in Feb.

This morning on Mike and Mike Greenie basically said that a SB played in early Feb and outdoors is just like what football used to be. Sorry Greenie but football was never like this. I remember when the college season ended on New Years Day. Now the end of the college season has geen screwed up by all this, we need a playoff BS. The SB was played a couple of weeks later. I will bet the pink slip to my truck that the SB will never again be played in Yankee Stadium. Can you imagine how big a stink will rise out of the stadium if the temp is below 20 degrees and all those pampered corporate types are asked to sit out doors with falling temps for 3.5 hours?

You serious? I had not heard that.

I agree with the "this is real man's football bla bla bla", but I also believe that the ultimate championship game of any sport should be in some sort of controlled environment. Weather can do so much to hamper certain teams abilities. Are we as a football team really only 6 points better than Iowa?
