Texas will only join a conference if they're allowed to keep their Longhorn Network deal, which pretty much rules out the B1G. Louisville, Cincy & Pitt are also intriguing for both football & baketball, though don't know much about their academics, which is something the B1G at least likes to pay lip service to. As I mentioned before, we would only get ND if the Big East implodes (which it may very well). Regardless, I hope the B1G emphasizes quality over quantity & is appropriately chosey.

From the scuttlebutt it sounds like interesting times may be ahead....
