So does #47 for ISU get suspended for the cheap and flagrant attempt to rip of Rex Burkhead's head off?

I doubt it.

 
The SOB should get suspended. That was a CLEAR case of trying to injure someone. And yes Legate rules!

 
The referee should be suspended for missing that call. Absolutely inexcusable to miss that call, then muff it even worse by throwing a flag on us.

Burkhead will be suspended for a helmet to hand hit. He should have put his helmet somewhere else as to not hit the ISU player in the hands w/his facemask. Somewhere Ed Cunningham is saying, "That is awful. Burkead was obviously targeting the ISU LB with his helmet. I hope my brother, er Commissioner Beebe does something about this."

Third quarter when we scored. Rex was laying in the end zone and the guy was trying to drag him back out of it via his face mask.

 
He deserves to be suspended, that was absolutely ridiculous and Legate was just coming to the defense of one of his team mates. That was a ridiculous penalty, even the biased announcers thought it was.
