The talent gap really is the biggest issue here.

We have no talent with our top 2 coaches and USC is stacked with talented coaches. If we cannot recruit better talent on our coaching staff then all the better talented teams will destroy us.

Talent really is the issue here! Finally we all agree on something!!!

if you switch coaches last saturday we still lose.

Speaking of talent, NT Sedrick Ellis was a man among boys on Saturday. Best I've seen in a loong while. It aint gonna take long for his name to get called on NFL draft day.

All I'm asking is for the coaches to start the most talented players not the one's who just work their a$$es off, but the best one's. It doesn't seem that we are doing that???
