damn and I was waiting to hear about their bowl game with Iowa,a big slow big 10 team beating the living crap outa sc. spurrier blows and the college world knows it,any other job offers??

the big slow big 10 Iowa team took control early and never had a challenge from the "faster" lamecocks.

their #11 ranked defense was handled easily by the "slow" hawk attack.

the lamecocks speedy offense with blazing fast receivers had to face the #8 scoring defense in america, as "slow" as the hawks alledgedly are, that didn't work out too well for them.

although it got boring, I watched every minute of the "no contest" match.

I know I'm completely late on this thread but reading it something bothered me. Now I could be wrong but isnt south carolina "SCU" not usc little things like that bother me.

They are the University of South Carolina, but one of their former players (don't remember who) called them South Carolina University on Monday Night Football a while back.
