Thompson was named the Tight Ends coach at Central Michigan.
It's good to see him land a job. I know he was a grad assistant here for 3 years and could have had a paid position earlier, but chose to wait until the 10th paid assistant was approved by the NCAA. Unfortunately for him, that never happened while he was here, so I'm glad he could still find an opportunity elsewhere. Good luck to him.
