Taylor

KansasHusker

All-Conference
I read on another board that Zac has been really impressive in his senior bowl practices and that he could start the game saturday over John Beck. Sounds like he's turning some heads and might sneak his name into the draft.

Hopefully he has a good showing and can lead his squad on a couple of nice drives. I don't know how this game will play out, but most times the quarterbacks only get about 3 series a game.

This is wierd that there is so much good talk about Taylor when all that could be read after the Big 12 Championship and the Cotton Bowl was the exact opposite.

Maybe it's not just 'critical' nebraska fans that realized those two games were not because of an incapable QB, but because of a lack of execution by the entire team and coaching staff.

I still think he's a good QB and think that he just had a couple of bad games there along with the whole team. It happens and I've drank the emotions away........ :cheers

Just kind of struck me as funny, I suppose. I am sure you are right. Nebraska fans, gotta love em. As Devaney said "I know the fans are behind me, win or tie"

The kid single handedly saved this program in my mind. If he had not been here, it would have been 4 and 8 at best.

He took shots day in day out that most would have ended up on the sideline.

He was the POY for the Big 12. Just in case some of you have not noticed there is a little bit of talent in those 12 teams.

Give the kid the credit he deserves, just like this team. Everyone from outside seem to see the dramatic improvement but us. Sad to call some of us fans of Nebraska. win or tie. How appropriate.

Yep. People like to dis on him for not being all-world, but give him a damn break cause without him we would be in a big hole...maybe he's not the Peyton Manning, but he sure as hell played with all he had for us and he was the best we had for the position, like it or not.

Texas A&M game....... sorta reminded me of a certain Patriots QB....Ol' whats his name....

Bad games happen... he is a smart player and will find himself with a chance to make it.
