Terry Bradden Fired

One thing I am hoping that can change the dynamic is high energy coaches. Ekler has done an amazing turn around and is a high energy guy. Hear Aurich is a high energy guy. Geep described as having that “fire energy”. I don’t see practices, just watch games, but from the limited views of the sidelines you don’t see a lot of coached getting fired up on the good or the bad. Bo’s guys would run through a wall for him. I think that type of energy is contagious in a positive way. Rhule seems to have brought in guys that have that. Maybe that’s the “culture” part we are missing.

I've always said I want a HC that is vert even keel. Doesn't show much emotion either way. Sure, celebrate for a few seconds when something really good happens. But, he's concentrated on the game and the moment. I then want assistants that are fire and brimstone. In your face energy guys.

I'd agree. Hoping that Ekler, Aurich and Geep can add this fire. That's why I think Rhule, with a solid staff, could be a great CEO type HC.

I wonder if he knows Manning. And, was he consulted as to if he would be ok with him coming and helping on the line. Maybe he suggested it and we did it to try to lure him here….but also Rhule saw the positive in it.

Who knows.
