I doubt they were sold commercially. Those kids probably just have them done at a shirt screening place somewhere. It'd be real easy to get them re-made.

I found a site that you could put upload any image you want, and have it put on any shirt color you want and have it sent to you for 20 dollars. I don't remember the site though. I'll have to find it. I think that the longhorns are trademarked though

cafepress.com does something similar. The downside is, they're limited to the color of shirt.
