I've always been a tennis player, for a few years I was tournament quality and won my share of tournaments. Several years ago I had to basically give it up due to cronic tennis elbow and a shoulder that my serve had abused for years. I used to play some golf and just haven't for the last few years. My sticks are going back into the car and I'm going to make myself start to play more. Thank you Tom Watson, a great week of golf and a great boost for all of us "old" guys.

What Tom did this week may never be repeated. What he ALMOST did will never be done, IMO. Tom showed us that a lot more things are possible than maybe we previously thought. His methods for playing the game are pure, and he is a classy professional. Tom made a lot of us think about the past and how long some of these guys play the game, and at such a high level. This is what makes golf great.
