The year 2009 is here and Bowl Season is winding down and again the college football fan has been asked by the BCS to, "bend over, spread your cheeks and accept a sharp, splintary stick with a smile on your face." Fiesta Bowl and the so called National Championship Bowl will be played on week nights. Nights when most of us have to get up the next day and work. No real chance for a real party, no chance to get together with other college fans and watch the game (unless you want to spend the night with fans of the two teams playing). This stinks, either go to an eight or sixteen team play off or go back to the days of the mythical championship, with the season ending on New Years Day.
