Interesting. I was just reading the other day about Canada and how most of the babies there are born in January/February. Main reason is they are ahead of kids born later in the year for sports as Canada's school grade cuts off at December 31. Some crazy number like 40% better chance of playing pro hockey if you are born in January.

The data must include Caesarean births, which gives a bit of leeway on the exact date. Look at the holidays--Christmas, Thanksgiving and 4th of July.

I was born February 15th at like 3AM. My Mom went into labor earlier in the day on Valentine's Day, but I wasn't born till early in the AM.
